Mission

To support the Government on youths orientation in self reliance, training, jobs creation, innovations, empowerment to decrease unemployment and alleviate the situation of the vulnerable persons which include those affected by disaster, epidemics, armed conflicts, disable persons, indigents, Street beggars and the poorest communities in both urban and rural areas amongst whom are women and children.
